Online Purchases (NO SAINT website)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing of your decision to cancel. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of e-liquid products, cartridges, or pods. Device returns will only be accepted if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. This restriction on returns does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly described products.
To return a product, it must be:
In its original, unopened packaging
In a resalable condition
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Returned within 14 days of informing us of cancellation
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will include the original delivery charge, except where you are only returning part of your order or chose a premium delivery option.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods. At our discretion, we may choose to reimburse your return shipping costs, but this is not guaranteed.
In-Store Purchases (NO SAINT STORE)
For purchases made in our physical stores, returns of non-faulty items are at our discretion. We do not accept returns of e-liquid products, cartridges, or pods purchased in-store, regardless of whether they have been opened or not.
Device returns for in-store purchases will only be accepted if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
To return an in-store purchase, you must provide the original proof of purchase and return the item within 14 days of purchase.
Faulty Products
For faulty products, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our returns policy. If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the return and either provide a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs.
Additional Information
Please note that certain promotional items, customized products, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty. For hygiene reasons, we also cannot accept returns of any products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken.
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
