Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the No Saint Vaporizers Referral Program ("Program") operated by No Saint UK Corp Ltd (“No Saint”). By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

  1. The Program is open to existing users of No Saint Vaporizers who are residents of the United Kingdom.

  2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

  3. No Saint reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute at its sole discretion.

Program Period

  1. The Program commences on 25 February 2025 and will continue until terminated by No Saint.

  2. No Saint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Referral Process

  1. Existing users ("Referrers") may refer friends ("Referred Friends") to the No Saint Vaporizers Referral Program through the designated referral process.

  2. Referrers may only refer individuals who: 

  3. Are at least 18 years of age

  4. Are existing nicotine users

  5. Reside in the United Kingdom

  6. For a referral to be valid, the Referred Friend must: 

  7. Register through the Referrer's unique referral link

  8. Complete the full registration process

  9. Successfully complete age verification

  10. Submit an order for the No Saint Kit

  11. Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to generate referrals.

Rewards

  1. Referrers will earn rewards based on the number of successful referrals: 

  2. 1 successful referral: 1 Pocket Receptacle

  3. 5 successful referrals: 4 Pods

  4. 10 successful referrals: 8 Pods

  5. 25 successful referrals: 1 New Tastement Book (includes 20 Pods and The Vaporizer Pocket Receptacle)

  6. 50 successful referrals: 3 months of Pods (60 Pods)

  7. Rewards will be processed within 10 business days after a Referred Friend meets all requirements.

  8. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

  9. No Saint reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value.

  10. Rewards may be subject to availability and while supplies last.

Verification and Fraud

  1. No Saint reserves the right to refuse any referral if: 

  2. We suspect or determine that the Referred Friend is not at least 18 years of age

  3. We suspect the referrer is actively soliciting non-existing nicotine users

  4. We suspect or identify fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct

  5. The referral violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation

  6. Fraud includes, but is not limited to: 

  7. Creating multiple accounts

  8. Referring oneself

  9. Referring individuals who do not consent to being referred

  10. Spamming or mass solicitation

  11. Any other action No Saint deems to be fraudulent or abusive

  12. If No Saint suspects fraud, we may: 

  13. Withhold rewards

  14. Suspend or terminate your participation in the Program

  15. Cancel previously awarded rewards

  16. Take any other action we deem appropriate

Program Changes and Termination

  1. No Saint may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

  2. No Saint may cancel, modify, or substitute rewards at any time without prior notice due to regulatory or legislative changes.

  3. In the event of Program termination, No Saint may honor referrals completed prior to termination at its sole discretion.

Privacy

  1. Information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with No Saint's Privacy Policy.

  2. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Age Verification

  1. All participants, including Referrers and Referred Friends, must successfully complete the No Saint age verification process.

  2. No Saint employs rigorous age verification methods to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

  3. Attempts to circumvent age verification processes are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Program.

Regulatory Compliance

  1. The Program is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines related to vaping products.

  2. No Saint reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program to ensure compliance with changing regulations.

  3. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Program.

Limitation of Liability

  1. No Saint shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or cause of action arising from or related to the Program or rewards.

  2. No Saint is not responsible for: 

  3. Technical failures of any kind

  4. Theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of referral information

  5. Any problems or technical malfunction of any network, computer, server, or provider

  6. By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless No Saint from any liability arising from participation.

Communications

  1. By participating in the Program, you consent to receive communications from No Saint regarding the Program.

  2. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions.

General Terms

  1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and No Saint regarding the Program.

  2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  3. No Saint’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

  4. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  5. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
