Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the No Saint Vaporizers Referral Programme ("Programme") operated by No Saint UK Corp Ltd ("No Saint"). By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
This Programme is open only to adults (18+) who are existing users of nicotine products and residents of the United Kingdom.
Eligibility
Participation in the Programme is limited to existing No Saint account holders aged 18 or over who reside in the United Kingdom.
No Saint reserves the right to verify eligibility, modify eligibility criteria and to adjudicate any dispute at its sole discretion.
Programme Period
The Programme commences on May 11th 2026 and will continue until terminated by No Saint. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Programme will terminate no later than 30 September 2026, or such earlier date as may be required to ensure compliance with applicable law, including the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026. Any rewards earned prior to the termination of the Programme must be claimed by 30 September 2026. Unclaimed rewards will lapse upon termination.
No Saint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
Referral Process
Existing users ("Referrers") may refer eligible adults ("Referred Friends") to No Saint through their unique referral link. Referrer's unique referral link may be communicated to Referred Friends in a number of ways, including but not limited to tapping a Referrer's device.For a referral to be valid, the Referred Friend must:
Be a new No Saint customer with no prior account or purchase history
Be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United Kingdom
Be an existing nicotine product user
Sign up through the Referrer's unique referral link
Successfully verify their phone number
Successfully complete age verification
Place their first order through the welcome offer (1 device + 4-pack of pods, free of charge)
Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to generate referrals.
Welcome Offer (Referred Friend)
Upon placing their first qualifying order, the Referred Friend will receive:
1 No Saint device (valued at £12)
1 4-pack of pods (valued at £24)
Free shipping
The welcome offer is provided free of charge. The Referred Friend may add additional products to their cart at regular pricing. No Saint reserves the right to modify the welcome offer at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
Rewards (Referrer)
For each successful referral, the Referrer will receive four free pod packs of their choice, subject to stock availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific pod pack at the time of fulfillment. In the event a selected flavour is out of stock, we reserve the right to provide an alternative flavour or wait for restocking at our sole reasonable discretion.
Rewards are granted upon the Referred Friend successfully placing their first paid order following the welcome offer.
The Referrer will receive an email notification when their reward is ready to claim. Rewards can be claimed at nosaint.co/en-uk/rewards, where the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Rewards must be claimed by 30 September 2026 and will lapse upon the termination of the Programme or if the Referrer is found to be in breach of these Terms..
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
No Saint reserves the right to substitute rewards for an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may make, provided all referrals comply with these Terms.
Verification and Fraud
No Saint reserves the right to refuse any referral if:
We suspect the Referred Friend is not at least 18 years of age
We suspect the Referrer is soliciting non-existing nicotine users
We suspect or identify fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct
The referral violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
The referral is used for unauthorized commercial purposes
Fraud includes, but is not limited to:
Creating multiple accounts
Referring oneself
Referring individuals who do not consent to being referred
Any other action No Saint deems to be fraudulent or abusive
If No Saint suspects fraud, we may withhold rewards, suspend or terminate participation in the Programme, cancel previously awarded rewards, or take any other action we deem appropriate.
Programme Changes and Termination
No Saint may modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
No Saint may cancel, modify, or substitute rewards at any time without prior notice due to regulatory or legislative changes.
In the event of Programme termination, pending rewards will be honoured at No Saint's sole discretion. Upon termination, all unclaimed rewards will lapse.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Programme will be handled in accordance with No Saint's Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully before joining the Programme.
Age Verification
All participants, including Referrers and Referred Friends, must successfully complete No Saint's age verification process prior to making a purchase or receiving any No Saint product.
Attempts to circumvent age verification are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Programme.
No Saint may modify its age verification process and solution at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
Regulatory Compliance
The Programme is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines related to vaping products.
No Saint reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Programme.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Saint shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:
Temporary technical failures, interruptions or malfunctions of any network, computer, server or provider
Theft, destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, referral information
Loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when you joined the Programme
The acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party shipping partner, courier, or postal service, including the loss, theft, or damage of rewards during transit or after delivery
Subject to the foregoing, No Saint's total aggregate liability in connection with the Programme shall not exceed £100.
Communications
By participating in the Programme, you consent to receive communications from No Saint regarding the Programme.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions.
General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and No Saint regarding the Programme.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Saint's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from the Programme shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
